Shipping Services

    • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
    • Price: ₹500 per shipment (up to 5 kg)
  2. Express Delivery Service:

    • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
    • Price: ₹800 per shipment (up to 5 kg)
  3. Same Day Delivery Service:

    • Delivery Time: Same day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM
    • Price: ₹1200 per shipment (up to 5 kg)

Shipping Process

1. Order Placement:

  • Select the desired shipping service during checkout.
  • Enter the necessary shipping information, including pickup and delivery addresses.
  • The total shipping cost will be calculated based on the service selected and the weight of the package.

2. Order Confirmation:

  • Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your shipment, including the estimated delivery date and tracking information.

3. Packaging and Handling:

  • Our team ensures that all parcels are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

4. Tracking Your Shipment:

  • You can track the status of your shipment using the tracking number provided in the confirmation email.
  • Updates on the shipment status will be available through our tracking portal on the Quick Ship Enterprises website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to locations within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
  • Certain remote areas may have limited delivery options and longer delivery times.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, there may be instances where delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control. We will notify you promptly if there are any significant delays with your shipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Shipments: If your shipment is lost during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will investigate the issue and work towards a resolution, which may include a replacement shipment or a full refund.
  • Damaged Shipments: If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return and either issue a refund or send a replacement shipment as per our return policy.
